Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Truvene ("AI Board of Directors," "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.

3. Subscription & Billing

• Trial: New subscribers receive a 7-day trial period for $1.
• Auto-Renewal: After the trial period, your subscription automatically renews at $19 per month unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: The $1 trial fee is non-refundable. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for partial months.
• Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use the Service to generate content that is harmful, abusive, or violates others' rights.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without authorization.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Truvene and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the questions you submit. AI-generated responses are provided for your use but come with no guarantee of accuracy or completeness.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service provides AI-generated advice for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or other expert advice. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated responses.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Truvene shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
